Return Policy

Thank you for ordering from Kitchen Doula! We strive to provide the highest quality product so that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have any concerns, we urge you to contact us and provide us with as much information as you can about the issue, including photos, as soon as possible after delivery and within 24 hours. Because we are delivering and shipping perishable items, we are unable to accept returns of any products once they have been packed and have left our commercial kitchen. 

Store credit will be issued for any damaged or missing items in your order reported within 24 hours of delivery. If your order is lost by UPS we can offer to reship it at no additional cost. If your UPS order arrives damaged, please take photos as we need these for any UPS claims.

If you realize that you have made a mistake in your order or in the delivery address, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the problem, however, we cannot guarantee that we can do so if the order has already been picked up by our local delivery provider or UPS. 

We are unable to resend or issue a refund for orders that are stolen once they are delivered. Our delivery service sends text updates to the cell # we have on file as the order is about to be delivered so customers can be available to receive their orders. In some cases we may be able to offer a reduced fee for one time re-delivery. 

If an order is delivered late and your items arrive fully thawed, we will attempt to discover the reason for the delay and will issue you store credit or set up a re-delivery. If, however, we were given an incorrect address or incomplete delivery instructions that caused the delay, we will be unable to issue store credit or refund.

If you made a mistake with your order, including subscription orders, we can offer a refund with a 10% restocking fee. Alternatively we can offer the full value available as store credit.
