Return Policy

Thank you for ordering from Kitchen Doula! We strive to provide the highest quality product so that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have any concerns, we urge you to contact us and provide us with as much information as you can about the issue, including photos if possible within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Store credit will be issued for any damaged or missing items in your order within 30 days of the delivery date. If your order is lost by UPS we can offer to reship it at no additional cost. 

Because we are delivering and shipping perishable items, we are unable to accept returns of any products once they have been packed and have left our commercial kitchen. 

If you realize that you have made a mistake in your order or in the delivery address, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the problem, however, we cannot guarantee that we can do so if the order has already been picked up by either Bento Cart or UPS.

 If an order is delivered late and your items arrive thawed and no longer cold, we will attempt to discover the reason for the delay and will issue you store credit for your order. If, however, we were given an incorrect address or delivery instructions that caused the delay, we will be unable to issue store credit.
