Ingredients Storage Tips
Water, Rolled oats, Sunflower seeds, Flaxseed, Almonds, Pumpkin seeds, Extra virgin olive oil, Maple syrup, Chia seeds, Psyllium husks, Kosher salt, Fennel seed
Keep frozen. Can be heated in the microwave or oven. For the microwave: wrap frozen muffin in a paper towel and heat for about 1 minute or until warm. For the oven: thaw first and then heat until warmed through.
