This soup is inspired by our favorite Chinese and Vietnamese soups that lean into the delicious flavor profile of star anise.   We use pasture-raised pork, which is much leaner than traditionally-raised pork so this soup is really flavorful but not greasy. Throw in your choice of noodles and you have a quick homemade noodle soup packed with nutritous leafy greens!

Ingredients Storage Tips
Pasture-Raised Ground Pork, Mustard Greens, Pork Bone Broth, Ginger, Star Anise, SaltGluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Keep soup pouch frozen until ready to eat. Soup will stay good in the freezer for approximately 3 months. To defrost: thaw overnight in the fridge or submerge pouch in warm water, then heat soup on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. DO NOT place pouch directly in the microwave. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
